A 30-minute session in our recovery zone, with private access to the ice baths, time to relax, shower and change. There are two ice baths: a tub and a lounge-style bath, you can use them solo or with a friend.
The plunge itself? You decide how long. But follow the safety guidelines at the bath, never stay in longer than 15 minutes.
